Ingredients: 100% Organic Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil

Directions for use: Mix into food.

1 teaspoon for each 15 pounds of body weight daily

1 tablespoon for 45 to 50 pounds of body weight daily

A 1 pound jar contains about 100 teaspoons and would last a 40 pound dog about 4.5 weeks.
